STYLING SERIES #1 : DENIM JACKETS

Hey loves,

So I am going to be including a segment on my blog called ‘styling series.’ The ‘Styling Series’ will include a breakdown of how I personally style basic clothing staples and how I style pieces for certain seasons or occasions. Moreover, this means, each series will include a different clothing piece/item and so, in this first part of the series I will be talking about how I style three (3) different shades and styles of  ‘Denim Jackets’.

• • LIGHT WASH

For this look, I decided to pair my light wash denim jacket from Garage with a basic mini black dress and then, I put on some black stockings from Ardene. Also, for my shoes, I have a pair of signature platform boots from Aldo. Lastly, for accessories, I have on this diamond studded choker from Aldo.

For this second denim look, I decided to pair this light-dark wash denim jacket from the thrift store with this yellow tee from Forever21. Then, for the bottoms, I have on my basic black leggings from Garage and then for shoes, I paired it up with the basic old skool vans in black and white for that sporty yet edgy look.

Now for this look, I am stuck with neutral colors like black and gray. I have on this black ribbed turtleneck from Urban Planet and then for the bottoms, I have on this soft high-waisted leggings from Garage. Also, the dark wash denim jacket I have on is from the thrift store. cool right!?. Well, for my shoes, I have on a pair of black Yeezy boost shoes by Adidas.
